Class size is limited to 5 participants

This program is the perfect way to get started with a Pilates practice. We will progress from the basic movements to more complex Pilates movements that will challenge your entire body. The program consists of 6 PIlates classes that take place once a week for 6 weeks.

  • Please complete your health profile and digitally sign our electronic waiver
  • Select the Pilates class in our schedule that you want to purchase and attend
  • Book your class
  • Please wear comfortable form fitting clothing that allows you to move easily
  • Shoes are not to be worn in the studio. Socks, toesox, or bare feet are acceptable.
  • Change rooms are available
  • Mats are available at the studio
  • Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before your class
