PILATES CLASSES

The Studio Classes use a variety of small apparatuses such as Floorwork, Mat, Magic Circle, Fletcher Towel, Barre, Barrel and Foam Roller. We keep these 4 Studio Classes limited to 5 participants per class so we can tailor to each individual, ranging from beginner to the advanced Pilates student.

The Equipment Classes use a variety of large Pilates equipments such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul and Wall Tower. We keep these 3 Equipment Classes limited to 3 participants per class with each class increasing in skill level from beginner to intermediate to advanced.


STUDIO CLASSES

Fusion

A great way to experience many of the Fletcher Pilates® elements all in one class. This fusion brings it all together to provide a full body challenge.  Fletcher Towelwork® will balance and mobilize your shoulder girdle. Fletcher Floorwork® will work your hips and build a flexible spine. The Magic Circle exercises will build shoulder stability and strength. The Fletcher Barrework® will tone your lower body and this standing Pilates work offers a movement experience that will help build strength and posture in your daily standing, sitting, and movement experiences.

This studio class has a maximum of 5 participants.

Core Mobility

Based on finding your centre, precise initiation from the core and breath supported movements, Core Mobility encourages and challenges strength and flexibility through a slight twist of the classical Mat syllabus. As an added bonus, small equipment such as the Foam Roller, Duet™ and Fletcher Braided Towel are used to support and intensify each exercise, resulting in core connection through mobility rendering a full body workout.

This studio class has a maximum of 5 participants.

Barrel

This class is taught on the Pilates Spine Corrector, providing the ultimate support to strengthen your core and improve spinal mobility. Each class is progressive, beginning with a standing warm-up, leading into a full-body movement experience! This studio class is not advised for participants who has osteoporosis, osteopenia, herniated disk, bulging disk or pregnant. Please call the studio if you need any guidance as to what class you could take instead.

Ballet Bits

If you love watching ballet performances and always wanted to learn the basic ballet techniques, have fun moving to classical music in our adult ballet class. Learn from National Ballet of Canada and other contemporary dance company professionals.

EQUIPMENT CLASSES

Form Equipment Class

This class is designed for new to intermediate Pilates students. This customized small group equipment class will use a variety of the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-i-pul, and Wall Tower equipments each week. This class will challenge your entire body safely yet offers a full body conditioning program where strength and flexibility are achieved. You will learn how to move your body in a graceful and deliberate manner that builds symmetrical muscle strength, body tone, and mental coordination.

You will need to attend the Complimentary Intro to Pilates Equipment Session or a Solo Prelude Program before registering for this class.

This equipment class has a maximum of 3 participants. 

Precision Equipment Class

This class is designed for intermediate to experienced Pilates students. This personalized small group equipment class will use a variety of the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-i-pul, and Wall Tower equipments each week. This is an energetic and dynamic workout that will challenge your mind-body stamina. The movements will create length and articulation of the body.

You will need to attend the Complimentary Intro to Pilates Equipment Session or a Solo Prelude Program before registering for this class.

This equipment class has a maximum of 3 participants. 

Endurance Equipment Class

This class is designed to challenge advanced level Pilates students. This individualized small group equipment class will use a variety of the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-i-pul, and Wall Tower equipments each week. This enriching class will challenge the limits of your physical abilities. You will learn to use the tempo of your breath to maintain proper Pilates form over a sustained period. The smooth, continuous movements will improve your health, well-being, and resilience.

You will need to attend the Complimentary Intro to Pilates Equipment Session or a Solo Prelude Program before registering for this class.

This equipment class has a maximum of 3 participants.
