Fascial Movement Training program

A fun oriented movement program that will help create supple, flexible and strong connective tissue through regular practice. Explore specific movement training to affect the Neuromyofascial system and experience your body in a new way. In each of the three weeks, we will involve the 4 Elements of fascial movement training with emphasis on the cardinal myofascial lines related to Thomas Myers' Anatomy Trains.

    This 2-day workshop in Chicago will explore specific movement training to affect the Neuromyofascial System and investigate some of the latest research findings.

    Through regular specific fascial movement training we can influence fascial remodeling and create a supple and resilient body, while developing an integrative way of broadening our abilities as movement specialists.



    Intro to Pilates Equipment Program

    March 1 to April 5, 2018
    Thursdays at 5:30pm

    • Includes 6 Pilates classes on the equipments
    • Classes take place once a week for 6 weeks. (no make-up class if you miss a week)
    • We will use the Reformer, Tower, Ped-I-Pul, and Chair in this program.
    • This program is designed for those students who want to attend the regular Equipment classes that we offer.
    • Learn the fundamental principles of Pilates applied to the equipment work.
    • Maximum of 3 participants.
