TORONTO PILATES GROUP CLASSES

Reformer / Wunda Chair / Wall Tower / Ped-I-Pul / Spine Corrector / Foam Roller

Our Trio sessions are an elevated semi-private Pilates experience, intentionally limited to just three participants. This intimate format allows for meaningful observation, precise correction, and thoughtful progression — ensuring you are supported as an individual within a shared practice.

Each session follows a carefully designed sequence, with the teacher layering and refining movement based on the needs of the group. While everyone moves through the same framework, exercises are guided with attention to alignment, breath, and personal progression.

Classes incorporate two to three pieces of equipment per session, offering a dynamic and well-rounded experience. You may work with the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Wall Tower, Spine Corrector, Foam Roller, Balance Disk, Magic Circle, Duet™ Roller, weighted bar, dowel, or barre — creating variety while maintaining intention.

To preserve the quality and safety of the experience, a Solo Pilates Prelude is required prior to joining Trio. This ensures familiarity with our equipment and the Fletcher Percussive Breath™ technique, an integral part of our studio’s methodology.

Form & Function Class

Move with intention and awareness.

This class focuses on building a strong foundation through mindful, well-aligned movement. You’ll improve posture, coordination, and body awareness while learning how to move with greater ease and control.

Perfect for developing confidence in your practice and creating balanced, functional strength.

Core Mobility & Stability Class

Strong, stable, and adaptable — that’s the goal.

In this class, we challenge your core in dynamic and creative ways. You’ll move through different positions and directions to build deep abdominal strength while improving mobility and overall stability.

Expect to feel supported, stronger from the inside out, and more connected to your center.

Resilient Spine Class

A healthy spine is one that moves well and feels supported.

This class explores gentle articulation and flowing movement to improve spinal mobility while building strength through the back and core. You’ll work through controlled, three-dimensional movements that leave your spine feeling both strong and supple.

⚠️ Not suitable for individuals with disc herniation, osteoporosis, spinal conditions, or during pregnancy.

As Joseph Pilates said:
“You are only as young as your spine is flexible.”
