OUR TORONTO PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS

Our private Pilates sessions will engage your mind while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and muscular balance.

We teach the Fletcher Pilates® method while integrating Fascial Fitness® concepts. Ron Fletcher was a Martha Graham dancer, author and a first generation teacher who studied directly with Joseph and Clara Pilates for a period of 20 years. He incorporated Graham-based elements of movements into Joe’s original work and “the first to take Pilates work to vertical”. He invented the Towelwork® and created Barrework™ and Floorwork™. 

Concepts of Fascial Fitness® is based on the premise that lack of movement causes fascia to become dry and brittle which erroneously attribute to natural aging process. Through application of specifically organized movements we will start the process of rehydration, improve elasticity and stimulate proprioception.


All sessions are limited to 1 participant except for Duets. 


Pilates Prelude Session

New to Pilates? We recommend a Pilates Prelude Session.


This is a one on one session and an introduction to Pilates and our Studio.

We will teach you how to safely and effectively use our unique Pilates equipments and learn the Fletcher Percussive Breath™ technique. We'll also take you through a 20 minute routine so you can experience the style and flow of our sessions.

Pilates Solo Sessions

Our Solo sessions are customized just for you. We will look at your posture and movement patterns and create a plan to address your long term goals. Working one on one will be the best way to focus on specific areas and exercises that will improve your posture, flexibility and strength. You'll be able to feel the difference in your body quickly and our teachers will modify and progress your sessions as you become stronger and more aware of how to move your body well.


Joseph Pilates has a famous quote: “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 you will see the difference, and in 30 you'll have a whole new body.”

Pilates Duet Sessions

Share your time with a partner, family or friend in this semi-private Pilates class. Enjoy this personalized Duet session designed just for you and your partner, recognizing your body’s needs and goals. When booking time for yourself, ask your partner to choose the same time and day. The scheduling system will allow this to happen.
