PILATES STUDIO RATES AND PACKAGES

The Pilates Prelude will introduce you some of the Pilates fundamentals, such as standing and centering cues and the Fletcher Percussive Breath® technique

We ask that you complete this step to learn how to safely and effectively adjust, mount and dismount the 5 large equipments we utilize, and that you will be comfortable with the progressions and flow of the classes.

For those NEW to the studio, this session is your entry point for our Trio Group Classes. 

Trio Group Classes

May be used to take any of our Form & Function, Core Mobility & Stability, or Resilient Spine classes. These classes utilize the variety of Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Wall Tower, Spine Corrector or Foam Rollers among others.

For NEW clients, your teacher will send you a purchase link to access the regular rates after you’ve completed your onboarding Pilates Prelude Session. 

For existing Trio Group Class clients email us for the purchase link or use your purchase code to sign up for a Trio Class. 

Pilates DUET Sessions
Semi-Private Pilates Sessions rates are for each participant. 

This is NOT for Trio classes.

Thai Massage Therapy

An ancient and dynamic bodywork session which consists of interactive, flowing movements, stretches, and rhythmic massage along all the body's energy lines and pressure points. It involves a combination of acupressure and yoga-like stretching techniques performed fully clothed on a thick comfortable mat on the floor. Thai massage helps improve joint mobility, alleviate muscle tension, body awareness, increase circulation, reduce stress & create a state of deep relaxation.

MSTR® Scar Tissue Release Therapy

An innovative, pain-free, natural method of helping you with your scars and scar tissues. Gentle finger- tip pressure is applied to the area to help free the restrictions in the scar. No force is involved and MSTR® work is always applied within your tolerance.

Suitable for post-surgical scars such as:

‣ Mastectomy, lumpectomy etc.
‣ Appendix, gallbladder etc.
‣ Hysterectomy, C-section

‣ Joint replacement scars - knee, hip etc.
May be considered for muscle tears, burn scars, trauma wounds, facial scars, etc...

May be helpful for plantar fasciitis too!
