TORONTO PILATES GROUP CLASSES

We keep our Trio Group Classes limited to 3 participants per class, so that you can receive individualized attention while focusing on your specific goals.

 All participants will be performing the movement pieces (exercises) together, which will be guided and progressed by the teacher.


Our Pilates Group Classes can use up to a variety of two or three equipments for each class and are different each time to keep you challenged and engaged.
We use a variety of Pilates equipment such as the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ped-I-Pul, Wall Tower, Spine Corrector, Foam Roller, Balance Disk, Magic Circle, Duet™ Roller Accessory, weighted bar, dowel or a Barre.


A Pilates Prelude is a required prerequisite to attend all of our Trio Group Classes so that we can teach you how to safely and effectively use our unique Pilates equipments and learn the Fletcher Percussive Breath™ technique. Form & Function Class 

Performing intentional movement with self awareness of how your body acts and reacts, creates a strong mind and body connection. Utilizing the Pilates Principle of Centering and Fascial Fitness principle of Sensory Awareness, our focus will be to build a solid foundation, learning the fundamentals of functional movement while improving your alignment and posture. 

Core Mobility & Stability Class

Our core and abdominal muscles continuously turns on and off unconsciously as we move towards and shift away from our centre alignment. Combining the Pilates Principle of Oppositional Energy and Fascial Fitness Principles of Multi-Directional and Long Chain Fascial Stretching, we will challenge your core in traditional and non-traditional ways as we move in a variety of postures and positions

Resilient Spine Class

Using the Pilates Principle of Flowing Motion and Fascial Fitness Principle of Elastic Recoil function, we’ll push your boundaries and challenge the 3 dimensional capabilities of your joints, leading to an articulated & healthy spine that has strength in muscles & elasticity in fascia.


⚠️Not suitable for participants with disc herniation, osteoporosis, any spinal pathologies or pregnant.
