Private Pilates Sessions

We offer a safe, precise, and challenging environment where you can expect personal attention to your wellness goals and a high level of movement practice you can use in your daily life. Pilates will engage your mind while increasing your flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. Your first class will introduce you to the fundamental Pilates movements and we will design a customized session format for you to help achieve your personal goals.

Solo Prelude Program

The Solo Prelude Program will introduce you to basic Pilates techniques, help you identify the areas to work on personally and work with your goals. Your personal Pilates teacher will teach you how to properly use the Pilates equipment in the studio so you get the most out of your equipment classes in the future. This program is a prerequisite to the Equipment Classes we offer.

Enjoy the ultimate Pilates experience! Our Solo sessions are private programs customized just for you. You can expect a postural and gait assessment to help us identify areas to work on. We will discuss your personal goals and build a program just for you.
